Cancellation Policy
• I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Fee will be charged to card on file.
• Avoid the fee by letting me know ahead of time. (48hrs in advance.) We can then reschedule your appointment or cancel w/out penalties.
• Multiple Services : It is important to arrive on time. I will only perform services for the time frame you book. If you’re late & I can’t finish the services on time you’re responsible to pay for them all.
• Grace Period 5 mins!
If it goes past 5 mins you’re subject to 50% missed appointment fee. Please leave early to arrive on time.
• If you book multiple services,for example : Brazilian + Underarm & decide not to get one of the services you’re still responsible to pay the services you booked.
No Exceptions
• Same day appointments are not eligible for reschedule/cancellation.
